My husband found that Best Jewelry and Loan had a large selection of both hand guns and long guns at incredible prices while I was able to find estate jewelry at what I consider bargin prices. The store was clean and the hours of 9-5 Tues-Fri worked in our schedule just fine. Sat. 10-4 was our most convenient time though. These guys are a great source for incredible values...we are lifetime customers now!

Had I not been going here for 10 years, I'd not be worried. But of late, every time I go to the Best Jewelry and Loan place, it is closed. Check your cameras and see me sitting out in your parking lot in my car? Waiting for you to open your doors because you have a 14,000.00 piece of jewelry of mine that I gave you for 350.00 and I lost my slip and though you say you send a 10 day notice, the lady who told me that sounded unsure of it. Something is up here. If you have lost a pawn loan at Best because they were closed on a day you had to be there to pick up your item, which was a day or time that Best is advertised as being open, please let it be known in a public forum. And as the lady on the answering machine states with daggers in her voice ~ Have a ~great~ Holiday People get like this when they cash in on others misfortune. I'd simply call it contempt.

Very rude service. The owner has no desire to help the customer Their hours of service during the week are also very limited to a working person. In Multiple phone calls I felt rushed to get off and was treated as an annoyance.
