- Swedish MassageJen has been practicing Massage Therapy for thirty years. Since 1990, she has learned many different styles and techniques including Ayurvedic Panchakarma Techniques, Swedish Massage, Neuromuscular Therapy and most recently Lymphatic Drainage Therapy. Through the years, Jen has combined these modalities into her own style. Her massage has a structural basis with an eye toward specific muscular attachments. As she gives a massage, she gently moves joints to determine where that movement is restricted and then targets those specific muscles. Her massage can be gentle and light or deep, depending on the needs of her clients.
