I purchased an inline humidifier from VSC Geothermal in Virginia Beach, who also installed it in my home. The humidifier unit is still under parts warranty from VSC. The unit has developed a number of serious problems and needs to be repaired soon as my hardwood floors are beginning to split. Also, the warranty period is nearly over. I have contacted the company by phone at least 10 times over the past year regarding the humidifier problems. To date, none of my calls have been returned. When I eventually got through to one of the companys technicians (Mike Battelle), he hung up on me even though I tried to be polite. It is clear that VSC company does not intend to honor its written warranty. How can a company with this kind of customer service stay in business? Caveat emptor.

I would give them negative Stars if possible. Avoid this company at all costs. There installation was full of errors including mis-installing piping to the water tank, installing wrong vents, and leaving pipes exposed outside. After almost 2 years, I have had multiple breakdowns and trouble getting service including waiting over a month to service a defective part that prevented one of the units from functioning at all.. Additionally, their installation crew broke the top off one of the well pipes and they have still not fixed it after several promised visits and nearly 2 years. Avoid this company at all costs.

worst installers I have ever dealt with, put in a system that cost me $ 82,000 they refused to get it finished and up and running, would only cool to 83 degrees and heat to 65. Do not use them.

The most knowledgeable and detail driven company I have ever worked with. The installation was a breeze! I am so happy with my geothermal system! I am customer for life.
