In response to the bad review that was given, the techs never give rabies shots unless advised to do so by the vet. Apparently the vet thought that it was needed since the dog was not a patient of theirs and they didn't want to take any chances. That being said, this veterinary hospital is the best of the best and they take very good care of their patients. I have been going there for about 6 years now and would never go anywhere else. They concentrate on the patient and that's what counts. Dr. Baker, Dr. Morris and Dr. Reitz are amazing. I would recommend this hospital to everyone who has a pet that they love. It doesn't get any better then this. As for the disgruntled review, it sounds more like she was worried about the cost of the care, and the Dr. was more worried about the patient. I would rather them be worried about my little guys before they worry about my wallet. I can always make more money.

I took my dog there because she got wounded in a fight, and the tech took her back without me even meeting the vet and they revaccinated her for rabies without permission, even though I had her shot record with me and had access to shot records of the dog that bit her. Then they told me that it was "required by law", which I found out later it is NOT. When questioned further, they said it was their "policy", yet I was not even consulted about it. VERY bad customer service on top of being lied to! Also, they charged $47.00 for the antibiotic that my pharmacist said he could have filled for $16.00. It appears they are profit motivated, not pet motivated. I would not recommend them to anyone!

State of the art equipment in this hospital! Dr. Morris is both brilliant and compassionate. Your pet has never had a better friend. The man's a God-send.
An excellent Veterinary Doctor with intuitive diagnostic capabilities and genuine care for his customers and their pets!
