Will never use again! They told me my stuff would be delivered within 14 days. When 14 days had passed since they had picked up my stuff, I called. Robyn said, "oh, yea, that's 14 BUSINESS days." Are you serious? Wow. Okay, so after 14 business days pass, I call again. She gives me another lame excuse and says, "a couple more days." Then I get a call a few days later saying the truck is on its way. It will be there tomorrow morning between 9 and 10am. So, the next day, I sit at home untill 10am. No show. At 10:05am I get a call from the driver who says they will be there "before 7pm." Okay, thanks. I'll just sit around all day and wait... They show up at 10pm. One of my tables was broken. They offered me $3.50 for it. Said it was fixable.. some of the broken pieces were missing, so it was not. Very unsatisfied.

Road Runner moved my mother-in-law's things out of her house after she recently died. She had several items that were antiques and other things that just held memories for the family. The movers were very kind as well as extremely careful with everything. They even suggested better storage itdeas for some of the very fragile items. With all the terrible stories out there about unscrupulous movers, I can recommend this company without reserve. They were fast, careful, very neat and above all, honest.

This company was recommended to me by a friend, and I was not disappointed Robyn was courteous and prompt with my estimate. Her employees were professional and on time. They even allowed my three year old son to "help" them. I will recommend them to everyone!

Superb Service!!! They were professional and timely. Everything arrived on time and in excellent condition. They were extra carefull with my late grandmothers antique curio cabinet. I wll recommed them i the future.

From a small condo (with 1 bedroom set living room set, washer & dryer, refrigerator and a few boxes) to another small condo. Took 5 HOURS!!. Scratched up the furniture & knicked some walls, etc. Check reviews then call someone else. Absolutely terrible movers!!!

the moving experience with road runner was the worst experience I ever had. the movers were incompetent and very slow. they were riding the clock making my bill higher than it should have been. Once they had my furniture loaded they wanted to take to Road Runner Storage instead of where I wanted it to go.
