What an awesome place! Tonie and her staff are very friendly and the services are superb! Never have had the same quality and treatment anywhere at anytime. I highly recommend it to everyone.

Toni and the girls did mine and my bridesmaid hair this past spring and we couldn't have been more pleased. The kept on schedule all morning, pulled off classy styles and did it all for less then ANY other salon in Virginia Beach would! If you aren't booking Papillon for your styling, you're paying too much and not looking nearly as good as you could!Thanks girls for making my day so special and my pictures absolutely fantastic!
