AThis place is horrible DO NOT USE. I had them come out to look at my big refrigerator and a small bar/beer refrigerator that we were having problems with. The tech did not even take apart the big fridge and told me I had to pay up front for parts and that it would be repaired in a few days. For the small beer/wine cooler he didn't even know how it worked but told me he knew right away what was wrong and had me order a new motor. Well, I called for a second opinion and the next tech (different company) took apart my big fridge and fixed it in about 5 minutes for less than half the price that I prepaid for "parts". He reprogrammed the cooler upstairs because there was nothing wrong with it (programmed wrong). It did NOT need a new computer board like this guy was ordering from me!!! I still had to pay him for "diagnosing" it, even though wrong!!! DO NOT USE THEM!!! TOTAL RIPP OFF!!!!!!!!!!!!!l

Our dryer was not heating. I have successfully troubleshot and repaired it in the past, but could not determine the problem this time. I was pretty sure the 22 year-old motor needed to be replaced, but did not know how to check it. I called Mobile Appliance Repair and they said a tech could be at my house the next day. They called when they said they'd call and arrived when they said they'd arrive. Larry checked the unit out and quickly diagnosed the problem - bad motor. He showed me how to check it in the future. He gave us a quote on the part and labor and the part cost was no more than if I had ordered the part myself online. He came back the next day and installed the motor, but the unit still did not heat. He rechecked everything and deduced an intermittent problem in one of the thermostats. He replaced two thermostats and now the unit works like new. He did not charge us for the extra parts - he stuck to his original quote! I'll definitely use them again.
I called Mobile Appliance repair to fix my father-in-laws heat pump. The technician came out in a timely manner. He troubleshooted the system and put correct manufacturer OEM parts in the AC Unit. My father-in-law is very happy with the service he received.
Good people, they know just how to repair every broken appliances.

Refrigerator broke, called mobile appliance, nick was at our house same day and had it fixed in less than 15 min's. awesome service!

The repairman arrived at my house within an hour and efficiently fixed both my washer and dryer. He was courteous and knowledgable.
Highly recommend because of knowledge about washers, very imformative and helpful. I also felt this repair person was very honest! Would definitely recommend this company.
