After taking my car to the dealership and few other places, I ended up at First Colonial Auto, the owner Travis stated my car didn't need a new transmission. He was able to fix my car better then new in less then a day, now I go to him for all my car repair needs.
This is a great shop , everytime they work on my car i have to sit and wait for Car Quest to bring my parts , and i had a transmission put in last year in my Impala and they did a great job and they also gave me the option to get a used or to do a rebuild .

This is a great, down to earth shop , they really helped me out , the owner even let me and my family use his Yukon to finish our vacation in va. beach, while our car was being repaired . If it wasn't for this shop our vacation would have been terrible , thanks for everything you all have done .

I just came back for a 10 month deployment to a car that would not start! I call Travis at First Colonial, he had it towed to the shop and fixed in 2 days with breaking my budget. Excellent Service, very professional staff. Thank you First Colonial for fixing my car right the first time! I will be a repeat customer.
should have done my homework like I normally would to find a reputable car repair shop. I knew that in this kind of economy and everybody trying to be frugal in any means I was very skeptical about who to bring my Son's car for repair. I checked online and called the first site I found that offered free diagnostic and towing. My first clue of getting a poor service should have been when I didn't receive a call until several days later and the very nice lady told me that they didn't have any idea who's car it was. But I gave them the benefit of the doubt thinking they must be really busy. She then preceeded to tell me that the car will require a diagnostic testing for at least 2hrs and that they charge $90/hr. I didn't mind paying for it, but I wasn't really given much helpful information to determine what was done with the car when they supposedly did a "diagnostic testing". Now they are going to require a more detailed diagnostic testing. Needless to say I didn't get it fixed sinc
