Michael F. Leban has practiced law in Hampton Roads for nearly twenty-five years. He received his undergraduate degree from Binghamton University and Joined the United States Navy which brought him to this area. Following his naval service, he attended Duke University Law School where he received his Juris Doctor degree. Mr. Leban clerked for the United States District Court in Norfolk and then went into private law practice.
