Horrible Customer Service. I'm a young professional who has been to this salon several times and referred friends. Yesterday I walked in and asked for services, then talked with some other customers who were already seated. As I started to take my seat, an older woman walked in and asked if any appointments were open for the afternoon. One of the technicians asked another what service I wanted, then looked over at me and asked if I could come back two hours later. This woman obviously didnt' have an appointment if she was asking if any were open. I originally agreed to come in later, but as soon as I walked out of the door, I was just so offended that I walked back in and politely declined. I am highly dissapointed after using this salon so many times and referring people to them, at the complete and total lack of respect. If this woman had special circumstances that warranted her being serviced before me, it should have been explained in depth. I will not go back.
