My husband and I bought a patio set from the Kettler Store around Memorial Day totaling over $1000. We are still waiting for the delivery of one of our chairs almost 3 months later. I will be very honest I am completely appalled by the customer service or lack thereof given to me by this store. I was told multiple times that I would receive a phone call and never did. I felt that on more than one occasion occasion the woman in charge of our order spoke rudely or was short with me. I consider myself to have more patience and understanding than the average individual but found it difficult to maintain my composure when dealing with this situation. I will say that they did offer a substitute chair different from my others while waiting for our order to come in - however we had to drive the 20 minutes each way to go pick it up ! We were never offered any kind of compensation or even a kind apology for all of this. In short, great furniture, but horrible attitudes and customer service.

I bought the Happy Air Tricycle there and turns out when I couldn't figure something out, I called and asked. They said to bring it in. No questions asked, they replaced everything, even the accessories. They didn't even ask for a receipt as they did not want to have a subpar product representing them. This tricycle is pricey, but the quality and service made it SO worth it. I would not ever balk at a single penny I spend in there!
