I have been working out at Jim White Fitness Studio for 2 weeks now. I met with Jim for nutrition and I am currently being trained by a trainer and I have lost 4 pounds. This is a great studio, it has TV, Satalite Radio and towels!!! I did not like going to large gyms where I got overwhelmed with all the equipment. My trainer has taken the time to know my goal, target my problem areas and work at a great pace. Highly recommend if not for nothing to drop by and see what I am talking about!
