This place is the place for storage. The managers working here were very welcoming, accommodating, knowledgeable and attentive to my storage needs. I was in a pinch for a storage space, somewhat apprehensive about renting because of a past security issue with my stuff... but once I met with the managers and toured the facility, my fears had subsided. This facility is secured starting at the gate (you need a code to enter). Additionally, the facility is under 24hr surveillance with cameras and lighting. I would highly recommend this place to anyone in need.
I've repeatedly had the pleasure of doing business with jack rabbit storage - always professional, helpful, and kind plus a great deal. Moving stuff and looking for storage is pretty low on my list of fun activities, but they make it just about as pleasant as it could be. Highly recommended.

Easy access to this place - it's right off of the interstate exit. The people are super nice and competent. I also signed up and got my first month free (limited time offer)...this worked out great for me.

The attention to detail here is nothing short of amazing. Other places offered us discounted rates or special move in rates - but after checking the specials the advertisement was just to hook you in. Jack Rabbit offered us a special on a move in and it was the real price. No complaints so far. Thanks.
no complaints as of this time. only suggestion would be to extend the hours of access to my unit if possible. I have some days where I need to get into my unit before work which is usually pretty early in the day.
I called and chatted about getting a unit. I thought the price was too high, at first. A few minutes later the gentleman I talked to earlier called me back and offered me a free months rent. Good customer service and a good special is why I chose jack rabbit for storage.
The manager in the office was courteous and friendly. She answered all our questions. The office and the whole facility was neat, clean and well maintained. A coupe suggestions would be to give better incentives like a free truck rental after storing for so many months or a free month rental.
A pretty easy place to find and easier to drop off my furniture. The place has extended driveways so I pulled up the truck and backed it up to the garage door. Only one light in the place but it will do..could probably use two for this larger space (or I just missed it). Bottom line is right price and easy access....in and out.

We didn't have any luck with the first place that we stopped at - a larger storage facility - but we did have very good luck here. Jack Rabbit storage offered us a decent price on a good size unit, a locked rate for the year, a moving truck and best of all...the customer service was excellent (the first place had a hard time giving us answers to basic questions). We recommend checkng out this company, first, if you need storage.
First time using Jack Rabbit Storage to store my furniture. The person at the counter was so helpful and courteous. She showed me the storage space, offered some advice on wrapping and storing my items and just showed me around the lot. Very clean, very professional. A good place if you really need storage.
I just rented a space with jack rabbit which I am extremely happy with. I got great service from Martha as I had many questions and concerns with storage. She answered all questions promptly and gave me all of the information I requested and more. She was very easy to work with; outstanding. I have bookmarked their business page and I will use them again since it was an easy transaction. You won't be disappointed using this company for storage!
Wondeful experience. Got a great price on a unit and some packing supplies. Convenient location near me, checked out the different size spaces, and sent me on my way with a smile. Manager does know his stuff. Would definitely do business with them again.
We couldn't be more pleased with our selection in using jack rabbit storage. The manager was very professional and answered all of our storage questions. He helped us rent a truck for the day and offered us renters insurance on our stuff. Happy campers, here!
Excellence! Very knowledgeable sales representative and security seems to be top notch. Helpful and went the extra mile to assist in selecting the right size space to fit my needs. Only problem I had was gate code didn't work the very first time...but fixed. Thx guys!

I work for a company in Virginia Beach and we use jack rabbit storage to store our files and documents. We've been here storing going on 3 years now and we are very happy with that decision. The facility manager is always a great help! She would even offer to help us (if needed). We highly recommend this company.

I have been a customer and dealling with jack rabbit for over five years. I've moved in and out of my apartment twice now and each time these folks have been pretty good to me. Dealing with them on a regular basis has been a pleasure and I have been completely satisfied with the services, prices and more.

About the place: I took a chance on trying jack rabbit after a friend recommended them. The storage rates were comparable to other local companies. They offered packing supplies and locks at their location and a truck to use if you need one. Highly recommend them...at least give them a call.
