- Mat PilatesA total body workout that emphasizes strength, alignment, & breathing. Working through the body's core, exercises target the abdominal region, hips, & lower back. This class enhances muscular balance & improves posture & body awareness
- Multi-level flowa guided practice encouraging breath with movement. This practice is perfect for all levels; the teacher will deepen your body awareness and give modifications as needed
- Multi-Flow level IIA fast pace class that challenges & strengthens the mind & body. Not recommended for beginners.
- Pilates Fusiona blend of traditional Mat Pilates fused with cardio, weights, and plyometrics
- Tighten & Tonesculpting class the incorporates the use of bands, weights, plyo-balls to tighten and tone muscles
- YinA deep practice, which develops mindfulness and creates space in the body. Gentle yoga poses are held for an upwards of 3-5 minutes to ensure muscular and connective tissue release
- Yoga BasicsIncludes basic principles along with breath awareness, pose variations/modifications and the use of props to improve alignment and flexibility. Learn to build a firm foundation and enhance and grow your yoga practice. All levels are welcome
