There is a woman that works in management for this store and her name is Hattie. I have, on several occasions, been absolutely shocked at her rudeness toward the customers while she is on register. This woman obviously has a serious attitude problem and has no business working in a managerial capacity. I have taken my business to the Landstown Commons Dollar Tree, where the help treats the customers as though they were valuable. She was so rude I asked to speak to the management and she said "I am in management." On 3 separate occasions, she has deliberately taken customers from the back of the line instead of the next person in line...if you complain to her she replies with "well I am sorry you feel that way about it but there is nothing I can do about it because the reg manual doesn't say I have to take the next person." On another occasion when I told her how rude what she had done was, she replied "Well I will tell you right now I don't have to take the next person."
