I made an emergency appointment as I had a toothache that had become unbearable. They were able to see me the next day, and I was informed that I had a badly decayed wisdom tooth that needed to be extracted. It was my first time at this office, and I admit I was nervous about the extraction. The staff is courteous, competent, friendly, and professional. Dr. Jones and the hygienists are gentle and sensitive as well as personable. I have had a few unpleasant dental experiences, and this was nothing of the sort. I highly recommend their services.

The Dr. Is good but the wife runs the show. High turn over rate with employees. Miss some of the employees that use to work there... oh well tracked down another Dr. In Chesapeake.... Dr. Josh Curling....ssshhh he's good..........................

I had been a patient of Dr. Jones for 6 years and moved on. The Dr. had placed crowns, veneers and fillings for me as a patient. The office staff was good from 2001-2006. Dr. Jones had a turnover in his staff in the office, mainly his spouse took over the daily running of the office. He placed 2 enamel veneers on my front teeth. Within 1 month of placement one front tooth cracked, he did replace the veneer after 6 weeks with no front tooth, due to the delay by his office staff. Dr. has forgotten about patient care and satisfaction. This Dr. is not the person to go to if you need a tooth pulled for sure, he tried to pull 3 of my teeth and failed all times. I had to sit around for 1 week in pain to get into an oral surgeon. In my opinion, personally I do not recommend this Dr.

Everyone at Dr. Jones and Associates is incredibly outstanding in their field. You get treated like family when you go to their office, and the dental work is top notch. They go out of their way to ensure your comfort and give you superior results. I will never use another dentist. Noelle Walsh
