Community Solutions provides community-based rehabilitative services to youth and families. The agency is located in Virginia Beach, Va., and is jointly owned and operated by Kimberley and Larry Grossman. Its programs and services address the needs and challenges faced by youths and high-risk families. It also works in partnership with city agencies and private providers to provide community needs. The agency specializes in and provides independent living training for adjudicated and foster youth, housing for adolescents and young adults, promotes adoption in a foster care setting, foster parent training and works with the young generation. In addition, Community Solutions is a licensed child-placing agency.
