This company changed my view on service company's. I had a terrible experience with another company in the area that says they are customer service driven. This company did everything PLUS some that the "other" company claims to do. From the sweet office staff to the very handsome technician that came out and took care of me. These folks worked with me on pricing too! Great job guys! Thank you so much! My furnace is running like new again!

called at 8am Linda answered the phone with a smile! She told me that she could have a technician out after Noon and would call 30 mins prior. at 2pm our technician Yvonne showed up processional and courteous and fixed our heater same day at a great price!! Would highly recommend Climate Makers.

WHEN WE CALLED THEY WERE PLEASANT ON THE PHONE. CALLED WHEN THEY WERE ON THEIR WAY. THE TECH'S NAME WAS TIM I THINK. HE WAS EXCELLENT(FRIENDLY, WORKED HARD,ETC.) HE FIXED THE PROBLEM WITHOUT TRYING TO NICKEL AND DIME US. WOULD ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND THE TO ANYONE WHO ASKS. In such a hectic season of summer, It was amazing to get service on a weekend. Our air conditioner went down. We had a neighbor that suggested we call Climate Makers. We did and on a late Saturday afternoon they came out and serviced our system, and we were up and running before the evening which made the rest of the weekend enjoyable. They were extremly prompt, profesional and curtious, We were very satisfied with their service. We called back into the company to thank them for their prompt service and we decided to sign up for a maintence agreement that would service out heating and cooling systems. I highly reccomend Climate Makers

I read some of these reviews and was BLOWN away! First on the price-Climatemakers replaced the same things in my house as another company replaced in my parents' house. Climatemakers price was almost the same price as the other company BUT Climatemakers also replaced all my ductwork, installed damper switches, an extra vent in one of my rooms, etc, etc. On customer service - I called Climatemakers on a Saturday morning. At first, they weren't sure if they were going to be able to get someone out that day. I got a call about 30 minutes later that someone was on their way. They got our A/C back up and running until it was convenient for us for them to come back and replace what they needed to AND they didn't even charge us for the call. We didn't even know our furnace was still under warranty. What a great surprise! My husband bought a new grill while they were there, and they OFFERED to help him get into the back yard. Everyone that we dealt with was magnificent! Great company!

I had my HVAC System installed by Climatemakers 8 years ago and had a warranty issue.They took care of my issue imediately.There Service Department and there Tech's are Top Knotch.My Hat is off to them.

ClimateMakers has been my heat/cool company for over 10 years. I am more than satisfied with the quality of their products, service, and reliability. I am a contract customer and when I have any sort of problem they take care of it quickly, and usually at no cost if it's a small issue. You will always find companies who are cheaper but you get what you pay for. ClimateMakers has always been in the "ballpark" of quotes from other REPUTABLE companies. In a 50 year old home... things break. Now I have a new system that wasn't cheap but I have no worries because ClimateMakers takes care of it all. If you want a company to take care of your heat/cool with no hassles, I highly recommend ClimateMakers. Posted by an actual customer. :)

When the second broke, they wanted to charge me half the cost of a new Heat Pump. I let them quote a new system, and they were 40 percent higher than the next lowest bid. I would not recommend Climate Makers to anyone.

I have been using climatemakers for three years now on two rentals and my own home. They have been excellent. One of the rentals HVAC is nearly 20 yrs old and they keep it ticking and have never tried to sell me on a new unit. The service is excellent, and the prices seem very reasonable. We do have a service agreement which helps, all together no complaints.

They have very high prices and not so great service. They often look for the most expensive repair or streamline the situation into complete replacement of the system. This post comes from three previous customers and my self. I have friends in the trade and I was informed that most of the replacements were not necessary.

They claim to be the best because of their higher prices, but I found that they're very expensive for the level of service provided. Very disappointed a couple times with their service. I believe there are better companies which are less expensive.
