Carpets by JC Law uses it own installers and they are the best. I have had wrinkles in my carpet from shoddy work and in the future I will only use JC Law for all my work. Diane

Do not use this company. Very poor customer service, filled with lies, misleading information pertaining to warranties and product quality. After they install they do not standby their products or the installation. They make excuses about why they can not fix or replace. Here is some of what they did to my brand new home, which we just built for retirement. Put seams down the center of our stair case to the frog, which is not supposed to be done. 3 seams in my living room, pulled apart within 2 months. The first was 1 foot from the wall, the second 3 foot from that one, you dont put seams that close together. Tack strips not secured properly, Seams coming apart in every room and glue from a hot glue gun used to fix their screw ups. Had to fight 4 months to get a refund, so we could hire a quality company. Dont know how they have been in business this long. Would not use them to carpet an outhouse. Keep looking if you want quality.
