Very disappointing to do business with. I felt like when I expressed issues they simply implied it was my fault. I felt, as being the customer, that was unwarranted. I pay the bill, regardless of right or wrong. The customer service is absolutely horrendous. Perhaps they don't need customers in their business model, but I do. I certainly wouldn't allow my staff to treat any of our patrons so poorly. Also, It seems to be a rotating carousel of people and some seemed mega sharp and super helpful but they don't stay there. To me, this wreaks of poor leadership and even worse management. It was a relationship I entered based on price and I got what I paid for. Now, I am paying for it everyday with equipment breaking that I don't even understand. Please, protect yourself for tomorrow and look elsewhere
