Absolutely terrible service! Horrific experience. AVSC picked up my HDTV and it cost me $100. Turns out they didn't take ANY time to troubleshoot they claimed "let TV run for 3 days and could not duplicate" (never mind that I told them exactly what was wrong). I picked up TV 3 weeks later aftr they failed to tell me they could not fix it and same problem occurred in 2 weeks. They came out again and charged me another $100 to pick up even though they did not deliver back to me the first time. AVSC replaced the bulb (cost $240 plus labor) and 3 mos later it broke again original symptoms occurred and they would not warrant it. AVSC staff are completely incompetent!! DO NO TAKE TO AVSC!!!!
