BE AWARE!!! I Left my car for a state inspection and it failed. That wasnt the problem. They supposedly did $400+ of work that included $12 to physically put in a new battery!!!!!!! I came back with necessary work done and the anticipated headlight check failed bc Mike said lights werent bright enough. Went home and the headlight bulb, rubber boot and clasp had been removed without my knowledge before or after the fact. I found the perfectly intact missing items in the front of car and the supposed broken clasp, not broken, in another area of the car. The next day the worker, in an attempt to try to explain the removed parts, sneakishly asked if someone had opened the headlight bc a part that was barely intact was the issue for the reason he removed those intact headlight parts. I had already purchased missing parts before the items were found, more money out of my pocket. I had not said a word up until that point but they were the first ones to touch that headlight. Car parts were taken out and I was NEVER informed and then they tried to explain it away like I was an idiot. I spoke to several people knowledgeable in this area and they said thats not how things should be done. NEVER AGAIN, and they are part of the BBB.

i.e., A local favorite, o Oct 26, 2011 At the beginning of August my car broke down and I had it towed to a near by mechanic. They fixed the initial problem but we kept having problems with the car. The original shop told me that is was a blown head gasket and it would cost $1200+ to fix the car. I didn't trust them and had my car towed to Automotive Solution Services They found the problem to be the radiator and my thermostat. Even after having all of that fixed and my breaks, I walked out pay less than $500. Very happy with my service! I recommend Automotive Solution Services to anyone who needs a trustworthy team of mechanics!

The guys at the shop take care of there customers first and for most. They are the best in Virginia Beach.
