I was very Impressed by Mr. Stocktons Knowledge, I being an engineer my self was a little cautious as to whom would give me an accurate inspection but he was on point and very helpful. His knowledge of homes there ages the type's of construction being used at that time, what should and shouldn't be in your home simply amazed me. I've bought and sold homes in the past but never encountered a more detail oriented individual then I had until I met Mr.Stockton. It not only was an important aspect of selling my home but it was a great learning experience as well, every step of the way Mr. Stockton explaned what he was doing and why, It was very enjoyable and a eye opener as well, by far the best home inspection I have had to date. Considering everything he had to do that day he was very polite and courteous, above all and for a final well written report the price was amazing just a littel over $200.00 It just can't be beat in times like this Mr. Stockton is an outstanding professional.
Outstanding knowledge of is trade, and very interactive during the course of the inspection. Explained each discrepancy in detail but at a level you can fallow, and was very thorough. I look fwd to doing further business again!
