I'm just going to get to the point, If your looking for reviews to get LASIK Dr. Frenkel is the cheapest in Hampton Roads. I Did my research and they were the lowest priced place along with many years of experience and credentials.

Was very happy with my lasik results and the fast recovery time. I learned a long time a go most surgeons aren't the bubbly chatty type, and if they are that's when you get stuck waiting forever in the waiting room for your name to be called. Dr. Frenkel might not be my next best friend, but he was professional and made it clear he was experienced and based each medical plan on each patient. I would refer any one who is looking into LASIK to Dr. Frenkel.

The staff is very friendly and always there to answer questions.

I had Cataract surgery performed a couple weeks ago and It was very Successful. There really was not any pain just a mild ache a discomfort the first day. I was able to see clearly with in a few days of my surgery. Dr. Frenkel and his staff were very great and I could not asked for better care. I'm already to schedule my surgery for my other eye

I am a new patient, as I was referred to Dr. Frenkel by my primary care doctor for dry eyes. I like the set up of the office, where there was plenty of updated magazines, a tv, and coffee and cookies while I waited to be seen. Which was only about 10 min after turning my paperwork in. I only sat in the exam room about 5min max before the doctor was in. I hate when offices call you back only for you to have to wait anothr 20min in the room. Dr Frenkel was great, and i would go back!

Like how quick the doctor is. Im usually in and out in 30 min. One time he was running behind and he came out and apologized to the whole waiting room. Never had a doctor do that before.

I had lasik done in 2011. I liked how the first visit was free so that they can check to make sure you are a candiate. After that I watched a video on the procedure and was given all the details by both the tech and the doctor. Through out the whole process i was never pressured to commit to signing up for the surgery. Very helpful easy going staff.

I was a patient of Dr. Frenkel's a couple of years ago when I recieved Lasik. Was the best decision of my life and would recommend them to everyone. I used a Living social deal so I was able to to get an even more cheaper price. Apparently he always has some kind of special going on.

Had lasik done with great results. Eyes were alittle dry but told this would be the case after surgery. Nice staff.

The doctor and staff at AAPECS are exceptional, they call patients back quickly and handle them with care and efficiency. All members of the staff are friendly and very experienced in their field. Also, the atmosphere makes it feel like youre going to visit a friend rather than an eye examination.. astounding service and people ! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
