Don't use them! We in person dropped off simple knitting bag-sentimental. Belonged to my granny & son's owner said he could replace the old material.This is not a difficult project but being that is sentimental I wanted a professional.They had the item for 4months. We did not even get a phone call to update us about anything. During this time my mom suddenly passed away. My husband & I stopped by to see what the hold up was. We both at the same time were told in person that he thought we were going to drop off new material yet we were org. told that he needed to get back to us first before we bought material. We were not upset at that time but simply went to buy material like he told us to & dropped it off. Then another 4mo. passes-no phone call nothing. I called them and spoke with them around 8weeksafter the material was dropped off to check on it & told I would get a call back to update me on the item. Called owner after 8mo total on Feb. 25.2013 & he was rude & unprofessional
