  I am personally involved in each case to make sure that each client gets the benefit of my many years of experience in representing injured victims. I have relationships throughout the medical and legal fields that I access to plan strategies designed to maximize recovery for each client. Unlike large-volume personal injury firms, which adopt an impersonal, assembly-line attitude toward case preparation, my approach to each case is highly individualized and tailored to the specific facts of the case and the particular needs of the client.
• Medical Malpractice
  A: The initial evaluation of a claim usually takes a month or so, except for medical malpractice claims, which may take three to six months. After a lawsuit is filed, the length of time depends on how crowded the court calendar is, and whether the insurance company is willing to settle the claim before trial. Most cases take between two and three years to complete.
