Lacked bedside manner, I feel animals are sensitive to moods, and emotional energy,

took my dog here for a skin rash. he was administered 1 shot each of antibiotic and steroid with the same meds and medicated shampoo to take home. had to take him back 2 weeks later as the rash got worse. same thing antibiotics and steroids. the skin condition got even worse. went to another vet who scraped his skin and looked under a microscope to determine what was wrong. mites. COMPLETE MISDIAGNOSIS!! antibiotics and steroids were completely unnecessary and an expense not needed either. I will never bring my pet here. my dog is suffering immeasurably and so has my wallet.

I recommend no one go to this vet ever! I took my Dog to her 2 years ago and she told me he had kidney failure and the only options were expensive surgery or to out him down. We had to put him down, and she had to stick him over 5 times to get the needle in right, making him suffer. I took my other dog to her this year, she told me he had bladder stones and needed X-rays, MRI, and surgery. We took him to a veterinary hospital for a second opinion, and he only had a UTI. This woman doesn't care about the animals, she only cares about making money.

I agree that the front desk lady is not very inviting and is somewhat rude. However, the Dr is amazing! You can tell how much she loves the animals. Everytime my dog gets hurt or needs some type of medical attention she always gets me right in. Her care and love that she has show towards my pets throughout the years is why I keep returning. I can deal with a bad front desk, only because I know that when it comes to the health of my pets they are receiving the best care!

the lady I spoke with was very rude and uninviting. She told me my dog did not listen to me very well simply because she was not sure of the scale...the scale was way off and finished her comment with " Akitas are just mean"...very rude and would not even give 1 star
