My wife and I will never go back. Our insurance changed so we went here instead of our normal eye doctor. The techs complained or gave out terrible information like its the luck of the draw if Lasik will work or mess up your eyes. The doctor was rushed and didn't give a proper eye exam. You had to almost argue with at checkout what you wanted. I wanted contacts and ended up with the trail pair that did not work well. When I came back for a consult on contact a week later, I almost had to beg for a new eye exam. He still didn't give the right prescription even when I told him I was not seeing clearly. I also complained that the contacts hurt and he stated that they were the most comfortable. I ended up paying for the fitting and canceling my order. I ended up going to my original eye doctor who gave me the right par of contacts, which were more comfortable. If you want to have the feeling that you are in an assembly line, the Eye Associates is for you. The staff is incompetent.
