After reading these reviews n the visiting the office,i have to say the staff was so nice,and supportive to my pet n i. Im starting to believe these reviews are just overzealous people mad for the wrong reasons

has anyone yet to think,that maybe it smells because its.... a vets office,with dogs that aren't trained to not use the bathroom inside,or just smell them selfs?

Deal with vets all the time. First experience here. Left in the waiting room a long time then in a freezing room with a sick pet for 2+ hours and no apology. Two nice support staff, but vet and 2nd tech were rude/abrupt in my opinion. Staff broke our prior payment arrangement for a one-day deferred check payment and demanded payment immediately. Then was quoted a final price that got changed to a higher price at checkout, and they refused to discuss the discrepancy. Bad vet communication during exam and after. Several questions left unanswered. My advice: don't go. I won't be back.

What a money hungry, unprofessional, smelly , dirty, heavy doored, no compation having place this is. They sure put on a good act the first time though... They wont get my service or $ anymore. You should be ashamed to call yourself a vet clinic. You've lost touch and make it difficult for people who want to go to a different vet, to get their pet records... This place won't even send them to my new vet even.with my permission... Don't bring your pet here! Trust me. You Will Be Sorry!

we brought our puppy in for surgery to remove her dewclaws and crop her ears. she came out of the surgery dead. they were not specific. the surgery was all finished and she was still under when her heart stopped. they could not tell us why. she was there for a check up less than a month ago and they're supposed to do another physical before surgery. we were caught completely off guard because it is a LOW RISK SURGERY. we received no money back.

This is a fantastic office. I received great service at a fair price. I commend them on a job well done!
