About Perry Barse CPA: Perry has been in public practice for over 42 years. He is a 1970 graduate of Sacred Heart High School and a 1974 graduate of the University of Scranton, earning a BS in Accounting. He has and continues to be active in community activities. He was a member of the Vineland Jaycees from 1975-1987, serving as chapter president and being honored as the Outstanding Chapter President by the New Jersey Jaycees
