Bob and team are top notch - disregard negative review from 2015 - things have changed. Prompt, neat, reasonably priced and very pleasant. Highly recommend them.

Please do not ever use this company! The customer service is below par. The way that Bob and Cindy talk to customers on the phone leave a lot to be desired. The cursing and belittling are completely unnecessary. These people do not need to be in business. If you ever need work done on your heater you will be very disappointed in their approach and service. Save yourself your piece of mind and sanity...use someone else!
