I'm used to Chick Fil A having great customer service, so this took me by surprise. I went through the drive through to get drinks for some coworkers and I. The Diet Dr. Pepper I ordered for myself was over carbonated, so it tasted weird and I went back. I went through the line again, explained the situation, to which they replied that it was no problem and they would replace my drink. I got to the window and the girl that was working when I went through the first time was still there. She had absolutely no idea why I was back for lack of communication, so I explained the situation again. She replaced my drink and told me to taste it before I left, which I appreciated, but it still tasted funny. Another girl came up behind her that I don't believe was working the drive through and with an attitude said, "I tasted it and it tasted fine. But I don't drink diet drinks, they're nasty." and walked away. I was taken aback but didn't say anything at first. Another girl then chimed in and agre

i am 15 and almost 16 in feburary and they have still yet to review my application, i need a job, my family is getting shabby on getttin to pay the bills. chic fil a is the only place around here i know that hires 15 year olds. i need the job very badly. io would love to work there and i need to save up money too. why do jobs like that not review applications in time.

I have been a hugh fan of CFA for so long-I cannot believe how bad the chicken salad sandwich was last eveningWHY did you all change it??service was so-so- did not get condiments we asked for eitherbut the change in the sandwich was most disappointing....bad choice to make it this decision.
