The manger patty treats get employees pretty rough. You can forget returning anything even if you have your receipt and are in the return policy parameters, and if you bought it from another store and try to bring it here they refuse to do returns from other autozones, crazy! The employees are ok but the store manger is difficult to reason with.

This store sells defective products and attempting to exchange the defective product is like pulling teeth. I purchased a battery from this location that had no charge. After installing the battery on the same day, car would not start. Upon closer inspection, the battery had a sticker on it that read 2008! The store sells batteries that are 2 years old and no longer work. Returned to store and store confirmed that it had no charge and stated that they would need to charge it for 1 hour before exchanging the battery for a battery manufactured in 2010! After much haggling, the store finally agreed to do an exchange. Avoid at all costs! The store manager is running a circus at this location.

This Autozone is always friendly and knowledgable. They usually have whatever you need in stock and if not, just a day or two it's there. The best part is, they are ALWAYS CHEAPER than even other autozones in the area! This might be due to being out in the sticks "compared to Atlanta". Be it may, it's worth the little drive for better service and LOWER prices!
