What a great experience I had today at Mowers and More in Villa Park IL. My snowblowers pull start rope broke today. I took it off the machine and went to the other snow blower shop on St. Charles rd. down the street. Because I did not know much about how it worked the guy behind the counter made me feel stupid and he was not willing to offer any advice other then bring the machine in. I left his shop and went down the street to Mowers and More. From the minute I walked through the door I felt welcome. The owner took the time to explain to me how the recoil pull start worked and how to put it back together. He had it fixed in 30 minutes and at a very good price. What a nice family running this shop. I will be back and I will send everyone I know in need of a Blower or Mower repair to them. Mike, Villa Park IL
