I have been to nail salons all over the world. This place, by far, is the worst that I have been too. The technicians were rude, had me pay prior to performing service, charged me extra to scrub my feet for a pedicure (stated the price of $75 was the poor person price so that everyone would have an opportunity to get their nails done) because that was not included in the price. Did not lotion my hands or feet after service. Deliberately used their tools to dig deeply into my cuticles to inflict pain. I had gel put on my nails on Sunday, today is Monday and my nails look a mess. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE UNLESS YOU WANT TO PAY FOR POOR WORKMANSHIP AND RUDE SERVICE.

I had a pedicure and it seems they just rushed to get it done., and they weren't even busy. No removing calloused skin on bottom of feet, and not hardly any massage. They charged 25.00 and it wasn't much more than a bad polish job. Been that way the past few times, so looking elsewhere.

These nail techs are so rude i cant believe this place stays in business. The male techs are the worse. I cant belive people actually go there. Its plain awful as was my experience. From now on i will find a salon where they appreciate their clients.

How good your nails will look all depends on how busy they are. I got a shabby job not worth the money over a busy weekend.

I've gone maybe 4 times for a manicure and each time, I've had to go home and redo my nails. People who have acrylic nails seem to like them, but they are not good when doing natural nails.

My main concern is cleanliness. As far as the nails looking good (except if you get a fungus) they do a good job.

Nail City is the best nail salon around out of 6 others I have been too. Affordable, yet they do the best job in town.
