      Replaced 6 windows and my front door as well. Service was punctual and courteous and thus far I've been very happy with the work. I'll definitely recommend them to my neighbors.

      The replaced windows were not properly sealed and had drafts of cold air coming in round them. They also broke molding, left holes in our drywall, and hacked out chunks of the exterior facia board to make the replacement windows fit without our permission. The biggest problem was that they installed the wrong windows. The windows they had installed had permanent exterior grilles, but the contract clearly specified windows with removable interior grilles. When informed of this mistake, the company first assured us they would replace the sashes with new ones but then changed their mind saying they would instead attempt to remove the permanent exterior grills with a heat gun--a solution that would have voided the product warranty. We spent the next 7 months trying to get them to follow through on their promise. Ultimately they were unable to meet the delivery date, but still sent us a bill for the entire amount.
