This place was a nightmare for me. I went in with a coupon for a diamond microdermabrasion and chemical peel. FIrst off there was some confusion as to where all the equipment/material was for the dermabrasion. That was OK but I should have taken as a warning sign. The chemical peel was first process. Some of the chemical leaked in my eye. Lady said that it was a defective eye cover. She looked for doctor and doctor was out to lunch. Lady was sweet but did not have a clue as to how to fix my eye. I had to tell her to rinse it with water. Lady went to get another woman who agreed with me. My eye was all puffy and red. That night I stayed awake rinsing my eye as I could not sleep. Next day eye was pink and had dull ache. I called owner, gave her my name and asked her if she knew what happened to me with the chemical peel in my eye. She said no at first. I expressed surprise and then all of a sudden she remembered me . Owner basically told me that things like that happen and no concern. I said that I was concerned because I could not do my work that day, could not sleep the night and I had a dull ache in my eye and could not focus. I requested my $85 back since loss of my work that day cost me $675. Owner stated that all I wanted was money. Next day I wrote an email to owner giving her all the information in writing. That was two weeks ago and I have heard nothing. Go to this place at your own peril! BAD news for me and my eye for 3 days. Owner was unconcerned. My eye took three days to completely heal.

I called and they gave me an app next day !! that was great !!! Sara gave me a consultation and consultation was free which was great!! i!!. Sara was very good at explaining the process and advising me .I did my leg and chin.I saw a noticeable difference after only 2 visits. It was fast easy and no pain!!!!! i am looking forward to my NEXT session ;)
