Have heard terrible stories about this place and also experienced it myself. They ruined my clothes!

Worst dry cleaners in town. Shady operation and will rip you off

I have been doing business with Reliable Cleaners for greater than 15 years and I never had a complaint until the other day when I brought in a silk blouse with a spot that was barely visible. When the blouse was returned it was covered in what appeared to be water spots, the worst is there were pics all over the blouse. 'when I returned to the cleaners with the damaged blouse I was told it would be relaundered to remove the spots and sent to seamstress to repair pics. The relaunder was good but there were still many pics visible. I was told there was no way to fix all the pics. I was told the district manager would call so I could register my complaint. I waited 3 business days and have not been contacted. I would not bring Reliable Silk clothing or anything that is expensive, they will not make it right, if they destroy it.
