With all do respect we do not take advantage of our valued customers. H & H is state certified to repair septic systems. We are in no way responsible for water well pump failures. H&H must have water source to complete its services and run tests on the newly installed components. Lora T. was informed of her water well problem and agreed to let us know when the water well would be repaired. Lora T's husband called us on Friday later in the after noon to let us know the well was repaired. since the tanks were pumped out and cleaned there wasn't much water left in them. we both agreed that the following Monday would be okay to complete the work. Monday morning we completed the work, and everything worked properly when we left. H&H completed all the repairs, to our knowledge there wasn't anything for Lora T's husband to complete.

If you dont know what you already need to fix you septic tank repair then this company take advantage of you, they hang up on you when you ask questions. They got paid and left me all holliday weekend like the pix, i called and called, never would return my call. They turn power off to my house loosing prime to my well, so had call well company to come fix this for me. Rude, took 4 days comeback out here. Hope you have a lot of money to waste.. o after i left, said everything be done when you get home, they took off after i paid them... thanks for mess, my husband had finish the job.
