I had no heat or AC. I called Thurlow's and was greeted by a very professional and friendly voice. I was assured that I would be called back shortly to give me time when I could expect service. I was called back as promised service within a few hours. That serice arrived shortly with Ryan. He were friendly, professional, and very knowledgable. Our air conditioning stopped working. All signs said it was either a failed thermostat or transformer. We called a service to come out. They said the it was a bad air conditioner, couldn't be repaired and replacement was $7500. This just didn't sound right. I called Thurlow's. Ryan came out, he was on time, professional and courtesous. He quickly diagnosed a failed transformer, replaced it in minutes and the bill was under $250. Before choosing a company to replace our roof top 30 year old air/heating unit, I spent some time researching companies. I choose Thurlow's because they had a brick and mortar office I could visit and had a long track record in the area. Other contractors seemed to have licensing issues, workers comp issues, were working out of their house etc. The price was more than fair, and after we agreed on a price and day for the replacement, the job was done in less than 4 hours. I highly recommend their services. This is a family owned business with true family values that are apparent in the way they do business.

It gives me a great deal of pride to review Thurlow's Heating & Air Conditioning. I have been using Thurlow's for many years both in my home and my rental property. They have replaced two furnaces many years ago and this last year put a new furnace and air conditioner in my home. The work is very clean and the products they use are as good as you can get. My home was built in 1962 so they had a lot to do. The installation was very neat and the products work very well. And my house was not torn up during the installation. Not only that they were comfortable with me watching them work. My heating cost is down by at least 25%. This company backs their work and if a problem should occur with the produce, which is rare they are there immediately. This is a family owned business and they were born and grew up in Victorville.
