Excellent service I usually don't write reviews but I was very pleased with my service, my plumbing was backed up I called office got me in same day and even showed up early they came off there route to help us. They showed up within 2 hours of my call Guys were very knowledgeable and very fast workers got the job down very fast and at a fair price would highly recommend them to everybody. Thanks Burns septic!

I had my septic tank pumped today, and had such a pleasent experiance with the men who came out, they were so kind and helpful with all my questions. Im an older woman who lives alone, and hate having to figure things out on my own, because I haven't the time or energy. The young ladies in the office we sweet and patient at explaining everything reagrding my septic, and the guys came out and showed me the process a little bit. I appreciate it very much!

I never really write reviews about companies, bu t I am so grateful for all the knowledge these guys preovided me with! I bought a home locally, and moved here from LA, I knew nothing about septic systems. The gentlemen who came not only explained to me how it functions, but what kind of maintenance I need. I appreciate that there are still honest, professional companies out there that really do take the time to help a customer, where its not always about the money. Thank you Burns! I will definetely be recommending you guys!
