My small Pomeranian was acting like she was having a seizure... at 4:30am peeing, vomiting, and foaming at the mouth... waited 1/2 an hour or so before the vet came to see her... but yet they are a 24 hour facility... money is all they cared about... which is fine... I have money... then 3 members of staff (the Vet and two techs) sit in the back... talking and laughing... while my dog is sick and shaking and gasping for air... and we were told, "She is not dying... we did not ask you to come here... and we were finishing up you quote." 50 min to and hour later nothing still had been done. How dare they speak to a pet patients family that way... No sense of urgency!!! In an emergency facility for pets!!! Do not take your pets here!!! They slow unprofessional... acted like we were bothering them... I cried when I drove there I sobed when I left... cause I couldn't leave my dog there... if they were treating and talking to me lile this the pet owner... how would they treat my pet while I was gone.

BEST MOST/CARING ANIMAL CLINIC I HAVE EVER WENT TO.

I recently had to put my 18 year old dog down, which was very emotional & hard to do. The staff & Dr. were soooo nice and sympathetic. I've never been to such a caring animal hospital, super affordable, & can not beat the kindness they showed me & my dying fur friend. They even sent me a card after with condolences. LOVE YOU GUYS!!!

I have had my dog in there 2xs iin the month of may 2 yrs in a row was bitten by something and had bad reaction. they gave me advice over the phone, but alsp infprmed me of she had a reaction to the benedryl i would need to get her there immediately I chose to take her there instead of waiting for the later THANK YOU SO MUCH wonderful caring people I LOVE YOU GUYS 3 dogs all been there your like family

They took very good care of my Great Dane Apollo. Very expensive but worth it! The Doctor and staff all seemed very nice and considerate. They kept me informed of Apollo's care and let myself+husband visit whenever we wanted.

Excellent for emergencies. Good prices (for a vet). Our dogs have survived because of their emergency care, although a couple times we've had to take them to another specialist vet (out of the high desert) for care because it was above their expertise, but that's what happens in human healthcare too so I still give them five stars.

I had to take my dog today, they are allso very kink and the Vet is great. By the time I left I knew what was wrong with Sandy and have a course of action planned with the regular Vet tommorow at 8 am. I also say how they handeled other pet owners and I wish that all businesses were run with that much care. I wish they had regular hours so that they could become my vet full time, but they are GREAT for emergancys. Thank you for being so kind and careing

The doctor and clinical staff were professional and caring. Thank you for providing excellent care for Lily, and thank you Nurse Stepanie for being compassionate and understanding. Having a sick pet is never easy but this place made it a better experience and I would highly recommend their services to anyone in need of emergency care for their pet. I would use their services again:-)

Thank you so much for all the care you gave to my Daschund "Honey". She had her neck and ear ripped open when my other dog attacked her last Sunday. This was the second time I have had to use the Animal Emergency Clinic and both times have been life savers. The doctors and nurses were compassionate and wonderful! I highly recommend this clinic for any emergency. They have great hours (nights and weekends only!) which is when I always seem to need a vet!!!!!

I agree with previous review bookeeping is bad but doctors and nurses are helpful and seem concerned with my pets comfort they made me comfortable about leaving my dog there.

They treated my pet and service was fine, but a warning keep your receipts, bad bookkeeping and I received a bill years later for services that were paid at the time of service.
