About Our Company: Allard Engineering is a full-service civil engineering firm located in the City of Fontana. The firm was established by Raymond Allard in 1992 and specializes in all aspects of civil engineering, land surveying, and land planning. Allard Engineering's technical team members average 20 years experience, comprising a highly proficient and dedicated staff, including two licensed Professional Civil Engineers and two licensed Land Surveyors. Our project teams specialize in the design of housing tracts, master planned communities, industrial parks, schools, parks, and public works projects. As technology evolves, Allard Engineering continually evaluates computer and other industry systems to provide our clients with the most efficient way of designing their civil engineering plans. Our firm enjoys excellent relations with the City and County agencies throughout the Inland Empire. Allard Engineering takes great pride in providing modern civil engineering with traditional quality.
