Paid for overnight shipping as it was international fresh food. Waited till 9pm the next day. Still no delivery. Therefore called UPS and they told me that I could pick it up the next day as we were having diverse weather conditions. It's been a gorgeous day No offer of a discount on my $65 shipping fee. Arghh.

Well here it is midnight, waiting on a package that was out for delivery at 7 am this morning. Got put on the wrong truck. Knew this when my regular driver showed up. The poor guy searched his whole truck several times. No package. This was at around 6pm. Called UPS they tell me oh yes mam you will get I by 11 pm. Well as I said its midnight. No package. Call UPS back, guess what rescheduled for Tues. Some two day delivery. Personally, This company stinks for not even calling me to let me know. I think that it the lest the could do. Oh ya, I'm sorry for the inconvience Mrs so and so. Please bet they don't loose anysleep tonight. Very disappointed ,in this companies customer service. Cosidering I bet we customers pay for a few salaries.
