Mr. Elliott Costas, as a court appointed attorney, has a few challenges to overcome: returning phone calls, notifying clients he will reschedule court because he will not be present, and taking the time to visit his clients in jail to prepare an adequate representation, so that each individual is granted his/her constitutional rights.
