Top Notch Guttering Service was founded in September 2003 by Terry and Peggy Klaus as a part-time business. Since that time, the business has evolved into Top Notch Guttering & Home Improvement, serving most of Northwest Kansas. In 2008, Top Notch expanded to offer interior and exterior home improvements, to include: vinyl, steel and concrete board siding installation, window replacement, bathroom remodels, ceramic tile design, construction of decks, and so much more. We are locally owned and operated with 20 years experience in general construction and remodeling as well as guttering. Had them install new gutters which they did quickly and at a reasonable price with what appears to be a quality product. However, one corner was not draining to the downspout properly. They said they would come out and fix it...which I believe they did come out but I wasn't there...needless to say it's still not draining correctly. Was told they would come out again but have never heard back. It's been over a year.
