Provided by YP.comWorst vet experience ever! The techs injured our dog while doing a simple blood draw, the place wasn't very clean, and the attitude of both the staff and vet was condescending. When I tried to address some of these issues directly through private message with one of the techs I was accused of trying to start a "pissing match" and complaining and causing "problems instead of discussing things like an adult." Since my visit a number of other people have shared their stories of the clinic and we feel lucky to have gotten out of there with just a limp.

Provided by YP.comMy two-week internship at Noah’s Ark has been a terrific learning experience. I am planning to pursue a career in veterinary medicine and the amount of hands-on experience and knowledge I’ve gained in the past two weeks is invaluable. Dr. Shura Bugreeff was very thorough in explaining everything she was doing and engaged her interns in every step. We learned how to do wellness exams on dogs and cats, performed laser treatments, helped clean teeth, learned suturing techniques, and watched surgeries! In addition, the tech, Red Tail, patiently taught us the best methods for things like trimming nails, administering fluids, giving injections, and syringe-feeding sick cats.
Dr. Shura’s passion for each animal’s well-being is instantly noticeable. I was very impressed with the amount of time she dedicated to each patient and the thought that went into treating every angle of a problem. The internship provided a great perspective of what a career in veterinary medicine entails. Observing Dr. Shura interacting with patients and clients during basic exams was as informative as watching surgeries. By watching her it is evident that being a good vet requires the ability to effectively communicate with the owner’s of animals. Identifying a problem in an animal is only half the battle. The vet must then be able to effectively convey the problem to the animal’s owners and explain treatment options. In many cases, it is up to the owners to administer treatments at home so they must have a clear understanding of what they are doing and why. Dr. Shura is extremely skilled at communicating with owners and describing ailments and treatments.
Dr. Shura and her staff were completely dedicated to ensuring that the interns learned and saw as much as we could during our time at the clinic. The experience has strengthened my desire to go to vet school and has given me a great perspective of how a truly compassionate clinic operates. I would recommend this internship and this clinic to anyone!

Dr Bugreeff is a wonderful vet who goes out of her way to help the animals. She truly cares about the "clients" in her care (both human and animal). She is very knowledgeable and will do everything possible to get and keep the animals well.

Dr. Shura is the most caring vet we have dealt with. It is apparent that she loves animals, and I highly recommend her to anyone that wants the best, loving care for their "family members"!!
Dr.Bugreeff is a wonderful vet! Hands down the best Vet I have ever dealt with. Very knowledgeable and the entire staff could not be more friendly or helpful. They really listen to all your concerns and you can't ask "too many" questions. Also affordable. I had always felt that vets were gouging me. I have never felt that way about Dr. Bugreeff. Honest, reasonable and knowledgeable. Would recommend her to anyone.
