We have done business with Gates for years. We live out in the country and have a gravel driveway. In October 2014 we had a driveway laid and it was great. Many people who drove on it stated that it was almost like asphalt more than gravel. Then we had a problem with our electric which they promptly dug the trench for, again great service. Unfortunately When the gravel to repair the trench line was delivered, it was the wrong type and made the driveway a mess. I wrote to Gates. Upon receipt of my letter, I received a call of apology and on the following Monday, the too large gravel was removed and new, gravel was delivered and spread. We appreciate their services and the honesty in replacing the driveway to its original state. Good service, honest people. Thank you Gates.
