I popped into my local Express Oil Change (Cahaba Heights) this morning with a tire problem. Specifically, one of the tire stems was leaking. The Manager, was extremely helpful and said they could take care of the problem while I waited. Before I had time to settle into their waiting room and enjoy the free WI-FI, the Manager was back and indicated I was fixed and ready to go. When I asked the cost, I was told, "No charge - happy to help." Who does this sort of thing anymore?! Apparently EOC is one of the rare few who still value customer goodwill highly. Thanks EOC!
I highly recommend this place. They went above and beyond to ensure that I was satisfied with my service. I had to live without my car just a tiny bit longer than necessary (hence 4 stars instead of 5). But they were extremely professional, respectful and concerned with my needs all at a fair price. Does it get any better?
