Rachel has, over the 5 or 6 years she has been my "Beltone person", been very professional and courteous. She has impressed my with her knowledge of her job, from taking care of the devices to administering hearing tests. I would hardily recommend both her and Beltone.

My hearing loss is severe and I have been SO pleased with being able to understand the TV with my new wireless aids from Beltone. Rachel in the Vestavia office even came to my house to help me set everything up, and has always taken care of me promptly and with exceptional care. I will stay with Beltone forever!
